Renting a List from Institute Lists Is Easy

Terms & Conditions

  • 5,000 names is the minimum order. Lists may be combined to reach the minimum.

  • Lists are rented for one-time use.

  • New mailers must pre-pay first order.

  • Sample mail piece must be submitted for approval with order.

  • All mailers must sign a List Rental Agreement good for the calendar year.

  • Lists update often. Make sure to get a final list count from us before printing your mail pieces.

Placing An Order

  1. Determine what list(s) you want to rent.

  2. Specify the selects you want, if any - geo, employee size, industry, title/function, key code.

  3. Specify the format you want - magnetic tape, diskette, E-mail, cheshire labels, pressure sensitive labels.

  4. Fax, E-mail or phone us with the above information. Make sure to include a signed List Rental Agreement and a sample mail piece.

  5. One of our list managers will contact you within 2 business days with a final count and cost.

  6. Orders may be paid by check, credit card, money order or wire transfer.










List Tip

Test more than one list.

Combine two or more lists or selects and key code each one. We will unduplicate the lists at no charge. Make sure to track your responses by the key code to determine which list pulled best.
